Strange markings close to Area 51, acquired from recent satellite images. I wonder what the regular markings are?

I found also a king of machine,,, Or something like that... Just above, the big spot of sand(AirCraft, road, like the letter V). I wonder what it is, but it seems like a BIG machine.
